No multi-million cedi scandal has hit BOST - Management

The Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST), has denied claims that the establishment has been hit by a multi-million financial scandal.

According to a letter issued and signed by the General Counsel and Head of Legal Services, the report contained in Monday’s edition of the Herald Newspaper is misleading and a deliberate attempt to ruin the reputation of the company.

“So far as BOST is concerned, we are unaware of any scandal. We, therefore, advise you in your own interest, to do the needful as we will not tolerate falsehood as has been the case in the past”

“Thus we are by this letter, alerting you of your professional and corporate duty of care owed individuals and organizations of which you publish information about.
