No Guard Room At President?s Residence

...Leslie McCarty at the President's residence to ascertain the truth as to whether there is a guard room in the President's residence where offenders are detained. The tour was to clear the air on public agitations against the security at the President's residence who arrested and detained a TV Africa crew after an attempt to take shots of the controversial hotel Kufuor.

According to them, the TV Africa crew were not detained in a guard room but the security check point at the entrance of the President's residence. These revelations were made when senior pastors of the Bethel Prayer Ministry this morning called on the President to formally announce the death of the Founder of the Ministry to him. The President expressed his condolence and assured them of his support for a successful funeral. Bishop Owusu Tabiri who died on the 3rd of last month is one of the pacesetters in the establishment of charismatic churches in Ghana.
