At the official commissioning today (Saturday) December 22, 2018, the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Shadrach Nii Okata, highlighted the vision and mission of the company saying NGC seeks to “coordinate the activities of each company in order to enhance profitability growth” and also “serve communities beyond boundaries with quality and commitment. We seek to develop a life-long relationship with our clients providing top quality, sustainable solutions”.

“The strategy of NGC is to develop comprehensive and constructive products and deliver superior services. We drive growth of bottom line by engaging the best human capital and operational resources”, he said.

Accordibg to him, NGC stands on the core values of honesty, effectiveness, quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction and lasting relationship.

Also delivering a speech at the launch of NGC, On hos part, the Member of Parliament of Trobu, Moses Anim was happy for the establishment of the Ngusra Group of Companies believing it will contribute immensely to the development of Ghana and also meet the vision of President Nana Akufo-Addo to enhance the private sector through the government’s partnership with private companies.

He added that the Government of Ghana will readily partner NGC to create jobs and alleviate the plight of Ghanaians by resolving the unemployment challenges confronting them.

NGC has subsidiary businesses namely Ngusra Gold Trading, Ngusra Properties, Ngusra Oil and Gas, Ngusra Travel and Tours, Ngusra Shipping Company, Ngusra Timber Merchants, Ngusra Advertising Company, and Ngusra Project Financing.
