Mr. Yaw Gyawu Baffour the owner of New Kajetia Market in Toronto came to Canada from Ghana after his Secondary School Education.
Yaw Gyawu Baffour became business oriented when he was 17 years, started import and export business in Ghana importing from Europe.
Upon arrival in Canada in 1988, he worked for Dayco for 10 years and established the New Kajetia Market at Eddystone Avenue in Toronto.
New Kajetia Market was established in 1997 and has served the Ghanaian and West African community in Canada and US for close to 10 years. We are known for our loyalty and good services.
With our knowledge and long-term experience, the company has developed a new system called food transfer to enable Ghanaians everywhere to send food items to Ghana. Kajetia has already stockpile some food items that mostly needed at various regions in Ghana. Rather than buying drums, paying for shipping cost and dealing with Ghana customs to have food items shipped to Ghana, one can just have the items picked up or delivered in Ghana once the full payment has been received through our mutiple payments options within one hour.
We presently have four new locations in Ghana: Kumasi, Accra, Sunyani and Koforidua that carries large stocks of food items. These items, which includes Titus sardine, cooking oil, Exeter corn beef, rice (Shrimp brand, scented rice, ect), canned Mackerel (obaatanpa band), tomato paste, and a lot more can be delivered to any part of Ghana.
OUR MISSION
our mission is simply to enable ghanaians everywhere to purchase food items on-line for loved ones back home.
- it's fast. easy and convenient, with no hassle at customs.
