Nana Addo Fight boys

…As ‘well wish’ statement backfires

The Republic can confirm that all is not well between the NPP flagbearer, Nana Akuffo Addo and his defacto strategists, (Gabby Asare Okyere Darko and Nana Akomea) after a statement they had issued about the health of the President purporting to be wishing him well, backfired.

It has been revealed to this paper that the statement was ordered by Gabby Asare Okyere Darko, the Executive Director of the defunct Dankwa Institute and the nephew of Nana Akuffo Addo who is alleged to be currently on tour with the NPP flagbearer in Europe.

Deep throats within the flag bearer’s cabinet have hinted that, the latest development has triggered serious concerns by party flagbearer Nana Addo who is already planning a possible gag on the duo who have incurred the wrath of some party big-wigs including the Assin Fosu war-mongering parliamentarian Kennedy Agyapong.
According to our usual reliable and credible source, whilst the wicked rumuor was being circulated and subsequently the letter purportedly emanating from the NPP flagbearer, Nana Akuffo Addo was far away in Europe and had no knowledge of what was going on.
The Republic has learnt that Nana Addo was only informed after the suspicious and ridiculous statement had already been released in the media.
The dependable informant said Nana Addo however did not show much concern until the mischief in the letter which has since been decoded to the unsuspecting and sound minded public, started having a backlash on the airwaves and the country in general.
Hell apparently broke loose again; with Nana Addo subsequently and as usual venting his anger and spleen on his defacto strategists, namely, nephew Gabby Okyere Darko, Nana Akomea and Oboshie Sai Coffie for engaging in this ‘bad press’ tactics. Obviously worried that the scheming about the President’s health and the false death allegation had done the NDC and President JEA Mills more good than harm.
He was reported to have complained that “this public condemnation was not needed at this time”.
“Ironically, this was not the first time these people, (Nana Akomea, Gabby Okyere Darko and Oboshie Sai Coffie) have been taking decisions for the flagbearer and the entire party ever since Nana Addo became the flabearer”, the deep throat revealed.
The trio have come under attack by Kennedy Agyapong who has claimed variously that the three musketeers are the brains in Nana Addo’s head.
The infamous Kennedy Agyapong who has had himself, caged recently for making genocidal comments on air, publicly inferred last week that Nana Addo has indeed become like a Robocop being remote-controlled by the ‘three musketeers’ he referred to as babies in politics.
The source disclosed that it appears a coincidence that whilst most NPP gurus were gathered at Kennedy Agyapong’s residence to celebrate his birthday, every check on the social media was communicating the death of President Mills.
The source further revealed that there was wild jubilation among the guests gathered at the party which took what it seemed that the propaganda had caught the attention of the public following which, the President granted an interview from the VVIP lounge at Kotoka International Airport on his way out to a medical check-up.
The source indicated that since loud mouth Kennedy Agyapong blew the cover of Nana Addo strategists, pressure is being brought to bear on Nana Addo to lessen the influence of the trio before they cause a serious damage to his presidential ambition.
The Nana Akomea lead communication team of the NPP Campaign 2012, last Sunday engineered a press release wishing President John Evans Atta Mills good health and speedy recovery.
The statement reads; "We learnt last night from President Atta Mills that he was on his way to the United States to see doctors for medical treatment. I hope the checks go well and he comes back fit and strong,"
"He takes with him the thoughts and prayers of all Ghanaians who wish him good health and a safe return to duty in a few days,"
