NPP Regional Organizer hopeful sacked from inauguration of newly created assembly

The Assembly member of Asokwa new town electoral area, Oscar Riches popularly known as Ghana Beyeyie was not sworn in along with his colleagues during the Inauguration of the newly created Asokwa Metropolitan Assembly.

Ghana Beyeyie who was suspended by the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly for a one year for assaulting a colleague Assemblymember went to the inauguration of the newly created Assembly with the intention of getting sworn in as an Assemblyman, but the authorities embarrassed him, when he was sternly told that he can not be sworn in.

All his 11 other Assembly members were sworn in with the exception of him.

Ghana Beyeyie who has also declared his intention to contest for the Ashanti regional organizers position on the ticket of the NPP has been described by his colleagues at the Assembly and members of his own party as violent and not fit for any leadership role.

Meanwhile, deep source within the party have told Abusuafmonline.com that, the NPP delegates are not happy with Ghana Beyeyie and are questioning his leadership role citing his intolerant behavior.

Vetting for all the aspirants of the regional positions is due this month.
