NPP Primaries: You’ll be disqualified if you misconduct youself – NPP Chairman warns aspirants

Parliamentary aspirants who misconduct themselves without recourse to the rules of engagement stand the risk of being disqualified from partaking in the primaries according to Northern Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Alhaji Mohammed Baantima Samba in statement ahead of the vetting which comes off today March 4, 2020, and tomorrow March 5, 2020, in Tamale respectively also warned against the bussing of supporters by prospective aspirants to the venue for the exercise.

“There shall be no bussing of supporters to the venue of the vetting and that only the APCs and their drivers will be allowed entry to the venue.

The party in the region is wide awake and would not spare any candidate who flouts the rule of engagement.

APCs are further reminded that the party reserves the right to disqualify any parliamentary aspirant who fails to abide by the rules and regulations spelt out in the nomination forms,” he said in a statement copied to MyNewsGh.com

CHAIRMAN SAMBA CAUTIONS ALL PARLIAMENTARY ASPIRANTS TO NOT BUS SUPPORTERS FOR VETTING

The hierarchy of the NPP in the Northern Region wishes to thank all Parliamentary Elections Committees CEC in Constituencies with sitting MPs for a good job done in the processes leading to the vetting of 22 parliamentary aspirants on 4th and 5th March, 2020. We wish to equally congratulate all Aspiring Parliamentary Candidates (APCs) for successful filing of nominations.

The Regional Party, however, sounds a word of caution to all APCs that,
