NPP “Killer Squad” begins operation

….As Obetsebi Lamptey, Muctar Bamba caught pants down

The special investigative team of *The True Statesman* has uncover a secret meeting held by the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) bigwigs including their National Chairman, Jake Obetsebi Lamptey and the Natioanl Organiser, Alhaji Muctar Bamba with a group suspected to be a squad to be used by the NPP to create violence scenes in the country.

The secret meeting led by Obetsebi Lamptey was held at the Katakyir Hotel in Takoradi last Saturday between the hours of 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm, primarily to plot strategize for their ‘All-die-be-die’ ambition.

The squad which has been named ‘Special All-die-be-die squad’ will be used by the NPP in the run-up to the elections to cause mayhem and attack some prominent people in society including successful businessmen, politicians, lawyers among others including sympathizers of their Party to create an impression that it is the National Democratic Congress who have hired and tasked those people.

A source close to the party had told this paper of the diabolic plans of the NPP to discredit the NDC and also destabilize the peace and security we are enjoying in the country under the President John Mahama administration.

The attack on Ken Dapaah, Chairman of the Public Account Committee of Parliament and an MP is of no doubt than to believe that, it is the labor of this squad in its attempt to create an impression that, the NDC had attacked him.

The group which is not different from those macho men the NPP used during the biometric registration exercise which was used to disrupt the registration, and also vandalizing some of the equipments used for the exercise in some parts of the country.

The True Statesman has learned that the meeting was centered mainly on how the militants would help cause confusion during the coming election which the NPP is sure of loosing. Nana Akufo-Addo mentioned, among other things at the meeting, that a power-sharing government with the NDC may be formed if they work hard.

It is the phase one of executing his “all-die-be die” election agenda.

The NPP anticipates that if it succeeds in causing commotion in the country during and after the election, the NDC will be forced to accept the power-sharing idea.

It will be recalled that Nana Akufo-Addo declared “all-die-be-die” war cry ahead of the 2012 general elections, implying that the NPP will use all means possible to win power. He had previously warned that if the results of this year’s election do not favour him and the NPP, the party would ensure that Ghana suffers violence.

The “all-die-be-die” rant reduced Nana Akufo- Addo from a viable alternative to the Mills-led government to a desperate loser seeking to appeal to the worse instinct of Ghanaians. It is, therefore, no wonder that Nana Akufo- Addo has turned to the “special all-die-be-die squad militants for action.
