NDC Women's Organizer celebrates Boxing Day with Kayayes

The Deputy Women Organizer for the leading opposition party, Maame Efua Sekyi-Aidoo was at the Madina Market on Boxing Day 26th December to show love and care to street children, market women and head porters popularly known as Kayayes.

Her visit was in honour of an invitation by Falis Foundation, a Charity Organization that undertakes this charity exercise yearly.

Maame seized the opportunity to interact with Kayayes and Market Women assuring them that they will enjoy better working environment and Economic Condition when the NDC is voted back into Power.

She assured the kayayes that the NDC will revisit the Kayaye Empowerment Agenda which saw to the training of many Kayaye girls in Hairdressing, Fashion Designing, Sheer butter and Palm Oil Production, Beads Making among others.
