NDC National Chairman is corrupt -Wilson

Carl Wilson, the bobcat sponsored by Deputy Chief of Staff Mr. Alex Segbefia to cause trouble at the Tema Harbour, has said that the National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dr. Kwabena Agyei, is a very corrupt individual!

According to Carl Wilson, Dr. Agyei was sponsored by his corrupt friends to cause an investigation into his (Carl Wilson's) activities at the Tema Harbour, but this investigation failed to unearth any incriminating evidence against him.

Speaking on Asempa FM, an Accra-based Radio Station in Accra yesterday, Carl Wilson, who is the Chairman of the Confiscated Assets Committee in charge of disposing off confiscated vehicles, said that he was on a mission to rid the ports of corruption, but was being impeded by people inside and outside of his party.

He said that things had become so bad that the National Chairman of the NDC had joined certain corrupt elements to undo him, and invited Kwabena Agyei to join him to rid the ports of corruption.

Carl Wilson, who had one whole hour to sound off on his innocence, said that he had become so influential in his fight against corruption that at a point some people had tried to influence him with an amount of $80, 000.00, which he declined.

Challenged to name the people who attempted to bribe him, and also to name the other leading members of the NDC responsible for undermining him, Carl Wilson refused, but towards the end of the program said that one of the people who have been undermining him was the NDC Chairman, Dr. Kwabena Agyei.

Mr. Wilson said that there was a lot of corruption at the Tema Harbour, and that he had been told by some officials at the Tema port that they were destroying his livelihood. Asked to name the people, however, he refused.
