Mills Returns Home Today

…To Receive Rousing Welcome At KIA

News Desk Report

President J.E.A. Mills, the man declared ‘dead’ by the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), will this afternoon arrive from the United States of America (USA) after a medical checkup.

President Mills left Accra on July 16, 2012; the very day the NPP activated messages all over the country and beyond, that he was “dead”.

Hundreds of National Democratic Congress (NDC) supporters are expected to troop to the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) to offer the President a rousing welcome.

The NPP, in a pure diabolical move, started questioning the whereabouts of the President in the wake of communal clashes in certain parts of the country. That position was contrary to the fact that the President and Commander-In-Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces, was at all time at the Presidency, having meetings with security chiefs on the communal clashes.

After not succeeding with that mischief, the NPP went ahead activating text messages to the effect that the President was dead.

Surprisingly, the mischief would not cease after the President had addressed journalist at KIA, before enplaning to the USA.

Another text message was activated to the effect that President Mills had collapsed upon arrival at America.

However, that one too failed; because the text message was activated just four hours after the President had left Accra.

It is instructive to note that from Ghana to the USA is more than a six hour journey.

Akufo Addo’s Mischievous Message

The flagbearer of the NPP, Mr. Williams Addo -Dankwa Akufo-Addo, whose over ambitiousness to become the President of Ghana is well-known, exposed the agenda of his party, when he sent a message wishing President Atta Mills well. Although, President Mills made it clear that he was going for a medical checkup, Nana, in that message twisted it and wished the President well, ‘while going for treatment in the USA’.

Akufo Addo, in that message gave full credence of his over ambitiousness, when he said, he together with the people of Ghana wished President Mills well.
