Message of Condolence From J.J Rawlings

MESSAGE OF CONDOLENCE

His Excellency, Flt. Lt. Jerry John Rawlings, former President of the Republic of Ghana, sends his sincere Condolences to the Government and people of the United States of America, for the tragic deaths and injuries that the American people have suffered as a result of the terrorist attack on New City and Washington D.C. that occurred Tuesday, 11th of September, 2001

President Rawlings who is travelling to Boston, Massachusetts to participate in a Symposium on the African Growth and Opportunity Act 2000 that is being organized by the Boston University School of Management, had his flight diverted to Halifax, Canada on Tuesday, 11th of September.

President Rawlings commiserates with the bereaved families and hopes that, not only will culprits be found and dealt with appropriately but also that the World community will strive to find lasting solutions to issues That gives rise to such rampant and unconscionable acts.
