Makola African Market in NJ

Irvington, NJ -- For the past 8 years, Makola African Market in conjunction
with Charlottfield International Food Distributors has been organizing
customer appreciation Christmas/New Year Event. This yearly event is filled
with good food, great music and lots of drinks. Miss Makola USA dancing
competition was a side attraction this year.

The event was held at the Red Ballroom, Masonic Temple, on Irving
Turner Blvd, Newark, NJ. The dancing competition was exciting and the
memorable a sensational Nigerian royal known as Princess stole the show and
won the competition. Princess indeed took the dancing to a another level
which brought everyone to their feet. Princess was eventually crowned; Miss
Makola USA 2008.

The Chairpersons for the evening were; Nana Kwaku Dompo II (Abusuapanin-Tafo
Pankrono Kuo USA), Nana Yiadom Konadu Ababio, Former NY Asantefuohemaa. DJ
Albert, one of the NJ's finest gave well wishers more music than they ask
for. Master of Ceremonies was Akwasi Addae. Nana and Mrs Amoako Atta and
family would like to thank ALL for a well attended wonderful event. Makola
