Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel launches 'A Kilo of Kindness' charity initiative

'A Kilo of Kindness' a charity initiative by the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel, Accra has been launched on Friday August 31, 2018.

The initiative was launched in partnership with Chance for Children, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) has been at the Mövenpick Hotel to raise funds to help improve the lives of less privileged children on the streets of Accra.

Speaking at the launch, Managing Director of Mövenpick Hotel, Madam Noemi Delgado says; 'A Kilo of Kindness' is a benevolent initiative launched globally in 2015 by Mövenpick global, which Mövenpick Ghana started had the chance to participate in 2017 and 2018.

She said they have been in partnership with Chance for Children for these couple of years due to their immense contribution in touching the lives of over thousand street children in Accra.

In an interview with Mr. Ernest Nii Noe Addo, Manager of the Drop-In-Center (DIC) of Chance for Children, he explained that CfC is a Ghanaian and Switzerland registered NGO that has been into the benevolence of educating and training helpless street children for the past 19-years.

Madam Delgado, however, appealed to Ghanaians to donate generously to support the new project to help change the lives of children on the streets.
