Let's focus on achievements and not challenges -Alabi

Vice Chancellor of the University of Professional Studies has said focusing on Challenges as a Country won't be the ideal to do now.

Speaking after a Health walk and Blood donation exercise organized by Graduate School Association of Ghana (GRASAG) in Accra on Friday, he stated emphatically that, placing challenges and making it a subject for discussion won't yield much results but rather collectively coming to a consensus on National issues is the way to go.

The programme was organised on the theme: 'Healthy life for Professionals'.

Touching on the health walk, the former Krowor Legislator said, though many doubted his abilities to finish the exercise, he has proven them all wrong. He further express his delight about the caliber of people who took part in the exercise. "I am very happy with the caliber of people who also took part in the exercise. When Heads of Departments, Council Members, Deans and Members of Graduate School partake in an exercise like this, I believe it's the best thing to be done."

He added that leadership of the University has shown the way, and believe similar exercise will be held by the Undergraduates student as well. He expressed optimism that, its his firm believe that undergraduates who took part in the hour walk can take up the leadership mantle when the current crop of leadership tenure comes to an end.

The President of GRASAG, Patrick Joojo Eshun, explained that his group's aim was to organize more of such exercises
