Law helps me organise my thoughts – Hanna Tetteh

Foreign Affairs Minister, Hanna Tetteh has said her choice of Law as a profession has made her a better person.

According to her, the study of cases at the law school sharpened her analytical and communication skills culminating into who she is today.

“When it comes to being able to organise my thoughts and put ideas across, I think the legal training helps in that a lot” the MP told the BWP series in an interview.

She added: “That practice of case briefing really helped me to organise my thoughts. It helped me focus on the most important things in any correspondence that I read and to leave out the not so relevant things”.

The former trades minister noted that her experience at the bar also made it easier for her to convince people and to easily move “motions” when necessary.
