The Attorney General has decided to file a nolle prosequi in the case involving the infamous Delta 8 members of pro NPP vigilante group, Delta Force. This means the case will no longer be continued in court for a lack of evidence.

This decision was taken upon the advice from the Ashanti Regional Senior State Attorney, a situation the Attorney General has denied knowledge of.

The Minority has called this 'a slap on the face of rule of law and justice' making the case that the AG was arbitrary and lied when it was disclosed that there was no evidence to further the case.

The 2.2billion cedi bond issue has refused to die out as the Minority has petitioned the US securities and Exchange Commission to investigate the issues surrounding the issuance of the bond.
