The Appointments Committee of Parliament resumes on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, to vet three ministerial nominees.

The nominees include Ahmed Ibrahim, the Minister of Local Government, Chieftaincy, and Religious Affairs-designate; Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, the Minister of Gender, Children, and Social Protection-designate; and Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare, the Minister of Trade, Agribusiness, and Industry-designate.

The committee will assess the nominees' readiness and expertise to lead their respective ministries.
