The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Parliament has pledged to ensure that every cedi of public funds authorised by Parliament in 2024 delivers value for money.

According to the committee, this initiative is aimed at deepening public confidence in the country’s financial administration.

During the sitting, held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, and led by Abena Osei-Asare, the chairperson emphasised the committee’s commitment to continuing the diligent work of its predecessors from the Eighth Parliament.
