Kumasi police arrest two people trying to break into a car

Kumasi, Dec 16, GNA- The Kumasi police on Tuesday arrested two suspects for trying to break into the private car of Dr Akuamoa Boateng Kwaku Anane, President of the Ashanti Region Ghana Bar Association (GBA).

The Ashanti Regional Police Public Relations Unit identified the suspects as Samuel Adjei, a 42-year-old driver-mechanic and Robert Nkrumah, a 24-year-old straighter. Two policemen spotted them trying to open the car with a duplicate key.

The car, a Mercedez Benz, was parked near the premises of the Kumasi High Court while the lawyer was handling a case in the court. They said when Dr anane was called to the scene he expressed shock when the key found on the suspects was able to open and lock his car.
