Former President John Agyekum Diawuo Kufuor on Tuesday day June 28th, 2011 on Hot Fm, a local radio station in Accra endorsed the governance style of His Excellency Professor John Evans Atta Fiifi Mills saying he is more than satisfied with the way and manner he relates with him.
Responding to a question posed to him by the host of the programme, Mr. Ekuaba Gyasi, ex-President John Kofi Kufuor without mincing his words praises the sitting President for the respect accorded him and how he holds him in high esteem.
According to him, President John Evans Atta Mills has totally rendered meaningless his perception hitherto held about him as a result of how he handles him recently, to the his utmost that he personally called him on telephone to commend for bringing honour to mother Ghana of his recent award bequeath or conferred on him.
“I never expected such a beautiful treatment from him or his government when they took over the administration of this country but in recent times he has really alley my fear and following the cordial relationship that exist between us”, he hinted.
“I am overwhelmed and very pleased about his governance style since I have nothing to fear” he concludes.
The latest commendations by ex-President Kufuor and how he admires the leadership style of President John Evans Atta Mills is the third in recent times after similar public pronouncements from not less a person than Mr. Ban Ki-Moon, the United Nation Secretary General and President Allassane Quaterra.
The above mentioned leaders without fear of negation months ago praised President Mills for his immense contribution in ending their political impasse in Ivory Coast and as well his commitment in bringing lasting peace to the African continent.
