Kufuor, Mills and Mahama better than Rawlings – KSM

Ex- Ghana presidents Ex- Ghana presidents

Ghanaian actor and satirist Kwaku Sintim-Misa popularly known as KSM has revealed that former Presidents John Agyekum Kufuor and late John Atta Mills are Ghana’s best presidents in the Fourth Republic.

According to the talk show host, Mahama follows closely with the former military ruler Jerry John Rawlings the last on his ranking.

Speaking on the Morning Starr, KSM ranked both Kufuor and Mills on 75 percent explaining that their leadership style is what won his admiration.

He ranked Ghana’s current President Mahama on 70 percent beating founder of the National Democratic Congress, who he awarded 69 percent.

“I would give Kufuor 75 percent and number two would be Mills…75 too, Mahama is at 70 and Rawlings 69 percent,” KSM told host Nii Arday Clegg Thursday on Starr 103.5FM.

KSM added: “The reason I gave Kufuor 75 is purely on his leadership skills… there is something about it that I find very appealing… even though they are slightly different in some ways, I like their (Kufuor and Mills) leadership style.

“And President Mahama considering the enormity of things that confronted him and his ability to stay calm and weather the storm, I think it is something that people should learn. As a leader, you must not openly panic even when it calls for certain radical measures.

“Rawlings is not the last in the sense that he has the worst leadership style…errrm it is difficult, so I would leave it at that.”
