Kufuor Arrives in Ouagadougou

President John Kufuor of Ghana arrived in Ouagadougou on Monday afternoon to begin a two-day day visit of Burkina Faso.

Speaking upon his arrival, the president stressed the need to enhance bilateral trade relations as a way of bolstering regional integration.

Kufuor is scheduled to hold bilateral discussions with his host, Blaise Compaore and to meet the Ghanaian community in Ouagadougou.
