Kotoko legend Abdul Karim Razak visits injured Ollenu Ashitey and Coach Pollack

Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko Coach Abdul Razak “golden Boy” has visited injured winger Ollenu Ashitey and Steve Pollack at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital following Wednesday’s horrific accident.

The two were severely injured and had to undergo surgeries at the hospital with Ollenu set to be discharged later today.

Coach Steve Pollack is expected to be discharged tomorrow.

The accident claimed the life of the club’s equipment officer, Mr Obeng Asare and with the entire team suffering various degrees of injuries.

Most of the players have been discharged and were cross examined on Saturday to see how soon they can return to the pitch.

Abdul Razak Golden Boy’s visit was to commiserate with the club and send his former side some goodwill message.

Several clubs have sent donations and good will messages to the Porcupine Warriors with the Ministry of Sports pledging an amount of 10000 cedis.
