Koku Anyidoho praises Kufuor on his 79th birthday celebration

Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Koku Anyidoho, has sent his good will message to former President John Agyekum Kufuor on his 79th Birthday celebration.

Koku Anyidoho praised the various social intervention policies former President kufuor introduced during his term of office as president.

He also admired how he stood his grounds and was able to hand over power to late president John Evans Atta Mills after the New Patriotic Party (NPP) lost the elections in 2008.

Koku’s favourite quote from President Kufuor was “it is better to be a servant of a party in government than to be the General Secretary of a party in opposition.”
