A judge has reportedly ordered the immediate arrest of two men accused of tracking jurors involved in an ongoing murder trial.
According to a report by GHOne TV’s Murtala Inusah on Thursday, March 19, 2026, the issue raised concerns of interference with the administration of justice.

He stated that the decision follows complaints from members of the jury, who reported that the two men had been following them to and from court after proceedings, leaving them in fear for their safety.
Reporting from the court, the journalist explained the circumstances leading to the arrest order.
“The two gentlemen that you see are a subject matter of an arrest. The court has made an order for their arrest after it appeared to the court that they are interfering with the administration of justice.
“The jurors in a case before the courts have made a complaint to the court that these two men have been following them up anytime their proceedings of the day is over and fearing for their lives, a complaint has been made to the court and the presiding judge made an order for the arrest when they appeared in court and the court has ordered for further investigations and for appropriate action taken against them,” he stated.
Additionally, a video accompanying the report showed the two men, believed to be in their youth, in handcuffs and being escorted away by two police officers at the law court complex premises.

The court has since directed that further investigations be conducted into the matter, with appropriate action to be taken against the suspects if found culpable.
