The total number of staff at the presidency as at 31st December last year currently stands at 957.
This is according to Annual Report on the Presidential Office Staff presented to parliament.
The report was submitted to the House in accordance with Section 11 of the Presidential Office Act of 1993, which requires the President to submit annually to Parliament, a report on the staffing position of the Office of the President.
The breakdown reveals 10 Ministers of State at the Presidency, 28 presidential staffers and 254 other junior political appointees, bringing the total number of political appointees to 292.
A total of 665 Civil and Public Sector employees work at the Jubilee House, the list stated.
Parliament is billed to consider the report when it returns from recess.
