Jirapa dce inspects housing facilities meant for assembly workers

Notwithstanding the numerous commissioning of projects by the Hon. DCE, he is still relentless in his efforts to bring on board more developmental projects.
As usual, the Hon. DCE CLETUS SEIDU DAPILAH, inspects the work that was executed by the contractor to ensure proper completion. The team led by the DCE for the inspection of the buildings includes the deputy director, district engineer, the district Finance Officer, and the district accountant. The team became satisfied with the output of the contractor and congratulated him for the quality work done.
The Jirapa district assembly is one of the most industrious Assemblies that can be found in the Upper West. With the fast pace of development as compared to its counterparts, the workers of this prestigious assembly live in slummy areas where they are exposed to all kinds of hazards including health, security, and so on. This situation have forced many prominent workers to leave our beloved district to places where they can at least be comfortable in their resting places. Thank God our DCE is always dreaming about how to turn Jirapa into a utopia.
The building facility in all dimensions is a step in the right direction. The building project will motivate workers to have the urge to work in Jirapa. Gone will be the days when workers will refuse postings to Jirapa because of accommodation problems .The situation where assembly workers used to come from Wa to Jirapa everyday will be a thing of the past. Workers at the assembly will now report to work earlier with fresh energies poised for work that will aggravate the development of Jirapa.
The building facilities will also help reduce the cost of accommodation in Jirapa. One does not need spectacles to realize that the total number of people in Jirapa outweighs the number of houses in the town. As a result, there is competition for the few houses leading to price hikes every year.
The building facilities for assembly workers will help boast economic activities in the district. An increase in population of the town will definitely have direct impact on the demand for goods and services. This in the long round will help slice the poverty that curtails development of our people.
The nicknamed DCE, “ACTION MAN” will have to be ceased for sometime whiles Mr. INSPECTOR or COMMISSIONER takes the lead because of his uncountable inspection and commissioning of projects that are executed by the Jirapa District Assembly.
The young, promising and egalitarian DCE is focused and he is leaving no stone unturned when it comes to lobbying for projects, implementing them and consequently commissioning them for societal consumption. Like the president of Ghana His. Excellency JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA is moving round the whole country commissioning projects, our DCE HON. CLETUS SEIDU DAPILAH is combing the whole Jirapa district to ensure equity of development so as to transform Jirapa and change lives.
Thank you
