Jerry Adjei joins Hearts of Oak as new goalkeepers trainer

The former Obuasi AshantiGold SC shot stoppers trainer has joined the Capital-based club's technical handlers.

Accra Hearts of Oak have appointed Jerry Adjei-Asare as their new goalkeepers trainer.

The former Ashgold technical man has joined the Rainbow club after leaving his post at the Miners lads few months ago.

Hearts goalkeepers trainer job has been vacant after the departure of Nassam Yakubu.

"I decided not to renew my contract at AshantiGold and am happy to land here [Hearts of Oak]" he told in an interview

Ex-Ghana international Sammy Adjei and James Nannor were linked to takeover the goalkeepers trainer role at Hearts of Oak.

Adjei-Asare is expected to be unveiled in the coming days.
