It is an offence to dodge communal labour

The public have been reminded that it is an offence to refuse to participate in communal labour organised in their localities. Mr F Boafo, Eat Akyim district director of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), said this at a farmers forum at Subrisu in the Eastern region to educate them on their rights and obligations under the constitution.
