Islamic Front Urges Muslims To Defend Libya's Stand On UN Sanctions

Accra ,(Greater Accra)20 Oct. The Islamic Revolutionary United Front of Ghana (IRUFG), has called on true Muslims throughout the world to stand up to defend Libya's stand against the West over what it described as ''the senseless and barbaric sanctions'' imposed on that country. A statement issued in Accra today and signed by the leader of the IRUFG, Ibrahim Ibn Abu-Darkwah, also urged world leaders, especially those of Africa, and their people to boycott the sanctions and allow all Libyan flights to resume. ''All right thinking poeple must rise up against the discriminative acts of the UN Security Council and its sanctions committee''.
