Is Akufo-Addo IGP or CID boss? – Sam Pyne asks NDC

Ashanti Regional Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sam Pyne wants the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to cease blaming President Akufo-Addo for the arrest of Sammy Gyamfi, the opposition party's National Communication Officer.

Some elements in the NDC say they will not be intimidated by the ruling government. They claim if the arrest of Sammy Gyamfi is to silence them, it won't work.

However, Sam Pyne does not understand why they are dragging the President's name into this issue.

"Is Akufo-Addo IGP or CID Boss?" he queried.
