Rafik Mahama, Special Aide to the CEO of Engineers and Planners, Ibrahim Mahama, has issued a disclaimer over a TikTok account impersonating him.

In a Facebook post dated April 23, 2026, Rafik Mahama clarified that the account is fake and urged the public to disregard its content.

“I wish to inform my friends, associates, and the general public that a TikTok account has been identified falsely impersonating me,” he stated.

He stressed that the account does not represent him or any of the entities he is affiliated with.

“Kindly note that this account is fake and does not in any way represent me, Engineers and Planners (E&P), or Mr. Ibrahim Mahama,” he emphasised.

Rafik Mahama further cautioned the public to refrain from engaging with the account, particularly on matters relating to Engineers and Planners, Ibrahim Mahama, or himself.

“The public is strongly advised to disregard any posts, messages, or engagements from this account and to avoid interacting with it in any form,” he warned.

According to him, the issue has been escalated to the appropriate authorities, with steps already underway to address the situation.

“This matter has been duly reported to the relevant security authorities, and TikTok has also been notified for appropriate action,” he added.

He concluded by expressing appreciation for the public’s cooperation.
