INDUSTRIALISTS URGED TO DEVELOP HUMAN RESORUCE

African industrialists have been urged to place a high premium on human resource development for the growth and development of the continent. Speaking at a seminar to mark the Sixth African Industrialization Day, Mr B.A.Gogo, a banker, and Dr A.M. Goka, a scientist, both agreed that this was vital for the development of business enterprises, science and technology.
