I sincerely worry about Ghana’s future – Nunoo-Mensah

Brigadier General Nunoo-Mensah Brigadier General Nunoo-Mensah

Brigadier General Nunoo-Mensah has said he is sincerely worried about Ghana’s future.

Speaking to Kwame Tutu on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, the former military officer said, ‘’I am worried because of the unemployed graduates and those peddling on the streets to sustain themselves.

Mr. Nunoo-Mensah said he would not want his children to peddle on the street and will do anything to give his children a better future. When asked why he expresses fear about the situation he said, the state of Ghana today is far worse and the June 3rd 1979 is far better than what we experience today.

He said, if we have freedom of speech today and Ghanaians are financially handicapped, what will be the essence? Political leaders in this country he noted are not committed in providing the needed leadership to alleviate the challenges Ghanaians are confronted with.

‘’I am 81 years and will admonish the next generation to be worried about their future,’’ he lamented.
