A former New Patriotic Party(NPP) Member of Parliament for Obuasi East in the Ashanti Region, Mr. Edward Ennin has served notice that he’ll deal ruthlessly with any minister who treats him with disdain.

According to him, for a long time, he’s been treated with contempt by some of his fellow party members who are fortunate to have been made minister by President Akufo Addo and it’s about time he takes action.

The Ex-MP who left Parliament in 2016 after NPP delegates rejected his re-election bid during the party’s primary in an interview on Okay FM, monitored by Kasapafmonline.com said his own friends who’re ministers now refuse to see him or pick his phone calls even when he’s calling to pass on critical information to them.

The tough-talking politician cum businessman warned that these ministers who have avoided him but will dare try to approach him when they meet in public will regret ever making such a move.

My fellow party members who are now Ministers, even when you call them they don’t pick up. I’ve even stopped going to the Ministries for any Minister to show off to me because I can’t stand that because I may insult any such Minister in front of his or her office. If you’re a Minister and you treat me with disrespect and try to distance yourself from me when I approach you, but that Minister makes the mistake of trying to greet me in public, what I’ll do to that person he or she will regret ever making such a move.

“Not that I need money from any of these Ministers, it is the case that sometimes you have information that you want to share with them, but they won’t listen to you. They think you’re even coming to look for a job but me I don’t even want a government job, I don’t do contracts with government. What some of these Ministers are doing is too sad, “ Hon. Edward Ennin added.
