I am not retiring from Politics -Hackman

My attention has been drawn to a publication in some selected media outlets about a comment purported to have been made by me, Hackman Owusu Agyeman, that I will be retiring from active partisan politics come 2012.

I wish to state that my comment was not an announcement of my retirement from active Partisan Politics. I was rather re-emphasising my support for the NPP, and more especially, the 2012 Parliamentary Candidate of New Juaben North Constituency, Mr. Adjei Boateng.

Come 2013, I will not be in parliament. However, I wish to assure the teaming party faithful of my commitment to the NPP and its agenda of recapturing power in 2012 to restore Ghana to its rightful place.
