Hot Chocolate Drink for Free SHS students launched

Benjamin’s Hot Chocolate has been launched as a breakfast meal for Free SHS students after eight years of manufacturing.

The product is aimed at feeding the students with the right amount of nutrients needed for a healthy breakfast, at the same time projecting made in Ghana goods.

The cocoa flavoured drink comes in a classy and style-defined cup, a foil and a seal; with an outstanding logo, first of its kind from the country.

At an event to maidenly outdoor the new brand at Accra Girls Senior High School, CEO of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) Mr Yofi Grant has thrown a challenge the youth to be inventive with the use Ghanaian resources.

Yofi, in his presentation to the participants and students, stressed that government is “open for business” adding the economic, social, political indicators “pivot the country for significant leap in economic revival.”

He challenged the youth to stop looking elsewhere for opportunities as everything needed to help project and develop the country lies around them.

He said that government has opened its doors for private suppliers and investors under the Free Senior High School (SHS) policy.

Owner of the brand, Benjamin Mougarbel, advised young people with dreams of becoming entrepreneurs to be persistent as his journey did not come easy.

He charged young ones to surround themselves with encouraging friends as his dream was made possible with support from the mentors and positive friends.

Actor John Dumelo who was present at the event, had the opportunity to counsel individuals not to shy away from farming since one can make so much money from it at the same time create employment.
