Members of Ghana’s Parliament have returned to the House for a sitting today, Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

The sitting comes in the wake of the stampede at the commencement of the 2025/2026 recruitment exercise at the El-Wak Sports Stadium in Accra on Wednesday, which took the lives of six potential recruits of the Ghana Armed Forces.

Members from both the Minority and Majority sides of the House are taking turns to make statements on the incident.
