Hearts of Oak signs Ivorian winger Eric Dizan

Hearts of Oak has officially announced their fifth signing during the second transfer window with Ivorian winger Eric Dizan on their roster.

The midfielder has signed a three-year contract on a free transfer with the Phobians.
