Hackman Temporarily Responsible For Foreign Ministry

Mr. Hackman Owusu-Agyeman, Minister of the Interior is temporarily assigned temporary responsibility as the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the absence of the substantive Minister, Nana Addo Kankwa Akufo-Addo.

A statement from the Ministry of Information announcing this on Monday said President John Agyekum Kufuor made the temporary change following Nana Akufo-Addo's being on an official duty outside the country.
