Member of Parliament for Asante Akyem North, Kojo Baah Agyeman has slammed Black Stars coach Avram Grant for taking the national team job for granted.

Mr Grant has come under cracking pressure from the Ghanaian media for his prolonged stay in the United Kingdom and failing to monitor the Ghana Premier League.

The former Chelsea boss in the last three days has been ordered by the Ghana Football Association to show up in Accra.

With pressure increasing from all direction for Mr Grant member of Parliament for Asante Akyem North Hon. Kojo Baah Agyemang says the 60-year-old tactician is riding on his pedigree and taking the nation for granted.

“It’s unacceptable that the head coach of our national team spends all his time outside the country. We can say what he does on Sky Sports somehow projects the nation but I’m against it because he has some work to do,” Hon Kojo Baah Agyemang told Accra based Happy FM

“Even if he were to be talking about the Ghana national team or projecting some Ghanaian players he has unearthed, we could have taken it as normal. In fact Grant is taking us for granted.”
