Grace Antwi's Party

Madam Grace Antwi, affectionately called "Auntie Grace" by friends and
family celebrated her 55th birthday with a party at the South Central Community
Center "83rd and Ellis" in Chicago recently. Among the many reasons Auntie
Grace had to celebrate the milestone was her diagnoses with a heart wrenching
medical condition which she was able to fight off with medical treatment and
surgery and also a miraculous escape from a car crash where the vehicle was
totally wrecked.

A supportive community from all walks of like in the Chicago area and
friends and family from other States in the USA and Canada showed up in their
numbers.

The Highlight of the celebrations were when Mr. and Mrs Antwi and the
Asantefuohene of Chicago, Nana Addae Baffour took to the floor to demonstrate their
Adowa dancing skills.

Dr. Gabriel Amoaten Boahen blessed the occasion when he offered the opening
prayer.Mr.oafo Papafio and Nana Marfo were the emcees of the occassion.

Freedom Sounds with D.J Sammie of Brolingbrookon on the controls vibrated
the dancing-hall with hip-hop, Hip-Life, and High-life music.He crowned his
marvelous performance with a special Reggae music in honor of the South
African Reggae Superstar Lucky Dube who was killed in South Africa recently.
