Govt wins case in UK Court

...AGAINST CONSTRUCTION FIRM OVER ?1.1 MILLION DEBT

According to CRUSADING GUIDE special investigation team, all efforts by Frandesco West Africa Limited (FWAL) – a civil engineering firm based in Accra, to use the legal processes to collect a debt of ?1,142,951,00 million debt owed it by the Government of Ghana (GOG), have been fruitless.

Investigations have revealed that the firm took the Government of Ghana (GOG) and the Bank of Ghana (BOG) to a court of Justice in London last year to demand outstanding payment of ?1,142,951.00.

However, on November 6, 2002, judgement was given in favour of Government.
