Government establishes Diplomatic Protection Unit

Accra, Sept. 16, GNA - Government has established a Diplomatic Protection Unit under the Ghana Police Service to deal with crimes relating to the diplomatic community.

Mr Hackman Owusu-Agyeman said this at the Meet-The-Press in Accra on Tuesday adding, that the Unit has become necessary in view of the increasing number of cases involving foreigners and investors.
