Ghanaian-American Ex- LA Mayoral Candidate Scores Victory

....In Court

Launches "Operation Forever Justice" To Fight The "Political Terrorists" Who Put Him On Vindictive, Politically-Motivated And "Sham Trial Of The Century" - A Cowardly Act Aimed At Preventing Him From Running For Political Office.

LOS ANGELES, CA -- The Trial Court that heard the Case of the " Trial of the Century" involving the first Ghanaian-American to run for Mayor of Los Angeles, Kwame Boateng terminated the duration of his Community service on Wednesday, March 27, 2002 and finally dismissed the case. 240 hours of Community Service and $200.00 Court fees had been ordered by the Court.

The Judge said Mr. Boateng had done everything expected of him.

The Prosecutor did [not] object to the Judge's decision to terminate the duration of the Court's imposed Community service, and the final dismissal of the case.

Despite the good news of the Trial's Court decision, the Appeal filed by Kwame Boateng against his political victimization of the racist, politically-motivated and vindictive sham trial continues. Decision of the Appeals Court is yet to be announced.

The Ghanaian-American former Candidate for Mayor of Los Angeles has vowed to keep on his moral and legal fight against injustice. He has launched " Operation Forever Justice ", to fight the "Political Terrorists" who put him on the vindictive sham trial - until the last racist - " Political Terrorist" is exposed and condemned by the "World Court of Human Conscience".

The "Political Terrorists" who put the former Candidate for Mayor of Los Angeles on the vindictive sham trial are " racists, ethnicists and evil".

On the day the former Candidate's case was finally dismissed, a representative of the District Attorney shouted " Congratulations" to Mr. Boateng, as he left the Court. The Deputy District Attorney added " It was an un-usual case". [ Ironically, it was the office of the District Attorney that put the first Ghanaian-American to run for Mayor of Los Angeles on an almost two-year trial ].

It will be recalled that alliance of City of Los Angeles Election officials, a few Los Angeles Police officers and a few Deputy District Attorneys, coordinated the vindictive sham trial of Mr. Boateng. Election officials plotted to put Mr. Boateng on trial aimed at preventing him from running for political office, and received the endorsement of a few anti-African (LAPD) Police officers and a few County of Los Angeles Deputy District Attorneys.

Meanwhile, the former LA Mayoral Candidate is preparing to launch his book, captioned " Cry, My Beloved America" in which he describes vividly his systematic documentation of his " Vindictive, Politically-motivated and Sham trial of the Century"; political torture, prosecution and persecution and "Judicial Tyranny" against the "Silent Majority" such as Africans, African-Americans, Hispanics, Native Americans, Asians, Jews, Moslems, [as well as Whites], etc.
