Ghana to host innovative business seminar

Ghana is to host a two-day international conference on "Innovative seminar for increased profits and growth at Accra International Conference Centre from March 28 to 29, this year.

The seminar, being organised by AITEC Ghana, a marketing solution provider, and Entrepreneurial Development Group (EDG) of USA, will be addressed by Dr Wayne Eisenhart, President of EDG and an acclaimed business consultant.

A release issued by AITEC Ghana said the main aim of the seminar is to sharpen the skills of middle and top-level management from both the private and government sectors with the focus of increasing profits in a hostile economic environment.

The release said Mr Kwami Ahiabenu II, Executive Director of AITEC Ghana, said: "This seminar could not have come at a better time as chief executives, directors, entrepreneurs and all levels of management in Ghana need to be abreast of current managerial practices in order to survive."

Mr Ahiabenu said "this need is even more pronounced when one considers the state of the economy, which is in a recession and companies' efforts to stay competitive and to make larger profits are very challenging and difficult".

The release said Dr Eisenhart's seminar is, therefore, coming at a perfect time when companies and organisations can benefit tremendously from his vast experience in business consulting and expertise in helping businesses during economic recessions.

The release said Dr Eisenhart, who is very excited about coming to Ghana said, "We work with people who want solid, easy-to-use tools to quickly grow their businesses or department to achieve positive changes.

Rather than being solely educational or motivational, our dynamic, fast-paced seminars are designed to provide simple, easy-to-implement strategies specific to each participating business which will bring fast results."

According to release Dr Eisenhart said: "Our programmes truly embody the principle of applying simple solutions to complex business problems. We take considerable pride in providing specific solutions and plans of attack to each seminar participant."
