CEO of Potters International College, Caroline Esinam Adzogble, is set to launch two books titled “For the Schools and For the Agents" at the International Africa Educational Summit (IAES) – Nigeria Edition in August this year.

Giving an insight into what people should expect, she disclosed: “My books address the common issues of agent and schools relationships, outlining the ways, means, tricks and bits of working with agents and preparing schools to be Super-Schools and agents to be Super-Agents; one that will be intensive international student recruitment. I am really excited and looking forward to releasing it.”

According to the young CEO, throughout her years of experience in the education industry, interacting with heads of schools and education consultants, “there are two questions that I get asked almost every time I meet people and they are, ‘How can I perform more as an agent to increase my student recruitment rate?’ and how can agents of educational institutions perform?”

But for her, "as a founder of a college, I can relate with institutions and agents. In as much as these issues can be frustrating, institutions and agents will have to work together to help boost numbers in individual schools.

“The first book (For the Schools) outlines how I started the school business without capital and how I got the numbers to start by detailing 10 principles, tricks and bits of school business and how to help schools increase their numbers. The second book (For the Agents) outlines a 15-step guide about the world of education consultancy.”
