In an interview with the CEO, Mr. Albert Kusi, he revealed that speakers
will also be honoured based on the three key issues of the conference,
that is, leadership, entrepreneurship and career. They will be
celebrating people who have excelled in their various areas to serve as a
form of motivation to young people to also emulate them and celebrate
their success. Also share their successes just as Amissah Arthur rose
from governor to vice president, through hard work and diligence for
people to take lessons and be inspired by somebody like that. They are
role models that based on the experiences that they have got and through
their life experiences their life has become a story and because they
defied all the odds to get to the height they have reach, therefore we
have to take lessons from their life. Celebrate their success by
awarding them by giving them leadership, entrepreneurship and careers
