As Cabinet Strikes Gargantuan Blow At Jake’s Immoral Thieving Agenda

News Desk Report

Certificateless Jake Otanka Obetsebi-Lamptey, the National Chairman of the NPP, who doubles as the Chairman of the NPP’s looting and stealing brigade, has been dealt a gargantuan blow, by the well-meaning Government of His Excellency President John Evans Atta Mills.

Having thought that the extremely corrupt pro-NPP justice system was going to allow him to get away with his loot, Jake was hit with a hefty blow, when Cabinet at its sitting last Thursday, decided in the “Supreme Interest of the people of Ghana”, NOT to sell the state property to Jake.
The firm decision, which is sitting very well with the majority of Ghanaians, has badly exposed the depth to which Kufuor, Mpiani, Jake, Akufo-Addo, and the NPP looting brigade, looted and shared the nation’s wealth among themselves.
Jake and his thieving colleagues may have gotten away with a lot of their loot, but this time around, the Mills Administration has made it manifestly clear, that “enough is enough”, and has stamped its authority on the governance process.
Cabinet’s decision not to allow Jake to get away with his highly immoral conduct, was about the strongest decision the Mills Administration has taken, after taking a strong decision to implement the Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS).
Especially in the wake of the nauseating ruling of Justice Brobbey, Rose Owusu, and their shameless colleagues, the Government has restored morality to the governance process by not allowing a group of NPP judges to hide behind legalese to allow Jake to get away with his loot.
The Informer is picking up very credible information that the high-rise rental units that Jake was going to build on the land, would have been rented to the Mormons.
Apparently, after selling the choicest Independence Avenue land to the Mormons, Jake was intending to put up rental units that would be rented by the Mormons.
It would be recalled that one of Jake’s daughters benefited from a full scholarship to study at the Birgham Young University in Utah, Salt Lake City; the home of the Mormon Church.
Going for $5,000 per unit, if Jake puts up only 50 units, he will be making a cool $250,000 every month and making $4 million a year.
And if he collects the usual 3 years advance, Jake will at the very onset, pocket $12 million at expense of the state of Ghana.
Meanwhile, many Ghanaians are wondering where Jake got the $400,000 cash to pay for the land.
It is rather amazing that Jake can brazenly announce publicly that he paid $400,000 for the land; that is the extent to which Kufuor and his looting brigade disrespect Ghanaians, and are not afraid to flaunt their ill-gotten wealth about.
And just for the records, the $400,000, which Jake claims to have paid for the property was far below the market price for that prime area one acre piece of land cum the property that is sitting on it.
Cursory checks indicate that on the open market, that property will not cost less than $5 million.
The question is; as a public servant, where did Jake get that colossal amount of money from to pay for the property?
Having not been able to account for the Stadium Disaster Fund, is it the case that Jake used some of the money to purchase the property?
Or is it the case that after selling that prime land to the Mormons, Jake collected huge kickback, and used some of the kickback to purchase the property?
Indeed, Jake Otanka Obetsebi-Lamptey has opened himself up for serious scrutiny, and The Informer and other well-meaning Ghanaians are going to make sure that Jake tells the whole nation where he got the $400,000 to be able to pay for the land.
Jake will also have to disclose his tax returns.
It is really insulting to the sensibilities of Ghanaians that Jake Otanka Obetsebi-Lamptey, Akufo-Addo and co, can believe that after all the thieving and looting that took place under the watch of Kufuor, Ghanaians will so soon forget, and allow Akufo-Addo and Jake to once again take control of the affairs of State, and do even worse things than they did before.
Of course it is trite knowledge that it is the oil and gas revenues that Akufo-Addo and his cronies are targeting; and in the unlikely event that the NPP wins the upcoming elections, only God knows the extent to which Akufo-Addo, Ursula Owusu, Jake, Asante Bediatuo, Gabby Otchere-Darko, and the rest of the looting brigade will loot and plunder the nation’s oil and gas resources, and leave the rest of Ghanaians in a state of abject poverty and suffering.
NPP Chairman, Jake Otanka Obetsebi Lamptey has created serious problems for his party via the illegal and immoral purchase of the property in question, and there is no doubt that just as the looting of state lands damaged the image of the NPP in 2008, in this election year, the same issue will do more serious damage to already battered image of the party, and ensure that they remain in opposition for at least another 4 years.
